Mom's Duhkbokki at home in Toronto. This not you're typical market, 'tourist' friendly duhkbooki. It is not ketchup. It is Korean chili pepper sauce on there. Wonderful street food gone traditional popular fare.
Have day jobs but love to eat well. Discerning but not snobby.I love to experiment and struggle to actually follow a recipe. He is ritualistic on following them. Willing to pay but love those good honest restaurants. OH and you'll hear it from me when it sucks.(Hint: Boneta and Elements Whistler. Booooo) Current Favorite: Mauyra's (Malai Curry and Smoked Eggplant); Current WORST: Boneta (The 'Love' isn't real. Gave me Veal Jus on my vegetarian option. Hello?)
